    • With experience on both the housing provider and client housing placement and advocacy sides, we offer unique perspective of both of the transactional sides of the client-landlord relationship. 

    • We can review current portfolio's physical characteristics and needs, and develop prioritization schedules based on critical needs and center their addressing around the financial constraints of the organization. 

    • Perform NSPIRE (HUD National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate) Inspections offering preliminary compliance standards for LIHTC or Section 8HV locations.

    • Financial performance review of rental properties and whole portfolios from an operational perspective, as well as an asset management perspective.

    • Client file review

    • LIHTC / LURA financial compliance certification reviews

  • CDBG Compliance

    • HUD/MOA/AHFC  compliance requirement review based on executed grant agreement review and testing.

  • HOME Funds Compliance

    • MOA compliance requirement review and program testing

    • AHFC compliance requirement review and program testing (outside of MOA)
